It’s hard being the boss.  On Wednesday, CEO took the motorcycle for a spin only to come undone over a section of concrete wall.  Part soldier and part zombie, our man walked back to the office and was whisked away to the emergency room.  This shit is gross, but the song is appropriate.  Happy Halloween part 2.

Fool’s Gold is making a hot new video for their hit, “Surprise Hotel.”  The director of this madness is Matthew Lessner–the man responsible for Dirty Projectors’ video, Stillness is the move.  IFC did a little writeup with photos HERE, which I think you’ll find is an article about nothing.  The stills, however, indicate pastel-infused freshness.  More pics HERE.

Word on the street is that Michael Jackson died and his memorial was held today at the Staples Center. Slow Death Records sent Mickey Stanley to confirm this nasty rumor and snap some pics. What he found was a gaggle of Hollywood hopefuls clamoring around Gideon Yego for their 15 minutes. A few devotees did emerge–their stories after the jump.
